KS3 & KS4 French - Le Festival de Cannes
Vocab list + activities + answer key on the Cannes Film Festival. The tasks are varied(match up, gap-fill, reading comprehensions, true/false…) and make references to different topics(numbers, clothes). The activities are about the history of the Festival, the actor Jean Dujardin, films that have received a Palme d’or , what the iconic award is made of or some fun facts about the Festival.
The vocabulary sheet will allow students to be independent learners. Alternatively, to make things more challenging, students can start working without it to see how much they know/can guess. As the answers are provided, they can then self-assess their work. The worksheets can be used as a booklet, set for cover or home learning.
Word and PDF formats included.
13 activities in total.
I believe this work would suit years 8, 9 and 10.
